The Western Europe region appears to be well organised under the watchful eye of Mike Coady - smart goals and targets are set, and I feel certain of the direction I need to be heading in to achieve these. The training has been continual and highly useful - James Dodds, supplemented by the visits of Doug Tucker have ensured I am well equipped to undertake meetings with clients with a good understanding.
